Discounts: Charges are reduced for second and subsequent children who are being educated at Nant-y-Cwm simultaneously (excluding those in the Parent and Child Group). Discounts are as follows:
- Second child 35% reduction of full fee
- Third child 65% reduction of full fee
- Other children 75% reduction of full fee
Termly Food & Materials Charge Kindergarten
In addition for kindergarten pupils there is a materials charge of £20 per term per kindergarten pupil.
Afternoon Care
Afternoon care is charged at £100 per afternoon per term for kindergarten children. Afternoon care is included in the school fees for Class 1 & 2.
One off afternoon care sessions are charged at £10 per session, charged at the end of each term and are payable upon receipt of invoice.
Parent & Child Group
The fee is £6 per family per session, payable half termly in advance.
Additional Charges Main School & Equipment
There are some additional costs e.g. school trips, crayons, recorder etc. Please ask at the office for details
Music Lessons are available by private arrangement; the fees are settled directly with the music teacher.
Payment methods
Our preferred payment method is twelve equal standing order payments per year, September to August. Fees can be also be paid annually in advance no later than the first day of term, or in three termly instalments no later than the first day of each term by cheque or bank transfer.
Notice period required to withdraw your child is one term, or the next term’s fees will be charged.
Fees will not be refunded in the event of absence through illness, holidays, temporary absence from school, class trips, or through closure of the school due to unforeseen circumstances.
